Submit your engineering salary
Help build the most trustworthy engineering compensation dataset in the U.S. Anonymous, private, and shown only in aggregate.
Your submission is anonymous and private. It only ever appears combined with other engineers' data, and never at the individual level. This is how we keep salary numbers real instead of guessed.
Don't see your title? Request a role
Use the form above and enter your exact job title in the Job titlefield (e.g. “Staff Firmware Engineer”, “Platform Engineer”, “Sales Engineer”). We map free-text titles to a standard role and seniority, and once a title gathers enough submissions it becomes its own benchmark — so the database keeps expanding to match how engineers actually describe their work.
How your data becomes public
- 1. Private at the individual level — always.
- 2. Reviewed and normalized to a standard role.
- 3. Pooled by role, location, and seniority.
- 4. Published as an aggregate only after it clears a sample-size threshold.
